Déjà Bailey is a big believer that learning should feel like play—full of wonder, creativity, and connection. With over seven years in early childhood education, she’s created joyful spaces where kids thrive, teachers feel supported, and communities come together.

From public school classrooms in DFW to founding The Honey Bee Hub and The Learning Hive, Déjà’s work is rooted in arts, play, and heart. She now helps schools and organizations bring learning to life through thoughtful coaching, playful curriculum, and vibrant professional development.

When she’s not designing joyful learning experiences, she’s cheering on teacher wellness, serving on the Free Play Children’s Museum board, or repping Alpha Kappa Alpha with pride. For Déjà, education isn’t just a job—it’s a love story between curiosity and community.
